Eunbi (Emma) Oh (Piano)

In our Tutor Spotlight series, we learn a little more about the team behind the music!

Eunbi Oh is a Korean classical pianist. She started playing the piano at the age of 5, and received her Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance from Dongduk Women’s University in Seoul, South Korea in 2012.

At university, she performed with various choirs, professors, vocalists, and solo instrumentalists as an accompanist. In 2010, Eunbi participated as an accompanist for the opera ‘Le nozze di Figaro’ by W. A. Mozart organised by Dongduk Women’s University College of Arts. She performed in the 4th Piano Ensemble Night at Dongduk Recital Hall and in Piano Duo Recital at Gwanglim Art Centre, in 2009 and 2010 respectively. Eunbi also has served as the Youth Choir Director for 7 years at her church in Seoul, South Korea.

After moving to Sydney, Australia, she worked with River City Voices, Sydney Intervarsity Choral Festival, Inspire Choir, and is now an accompanist for Men’s Shed Chorale Lidcombe.

Passionate about sharing classical music and her experience, Eunbi has tutored students since 2011. She currently teaches piano at Penrith Conservatorium of Music and performs both as a pianist and accompanist in the Greater Sydney area.
